German Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    schnitzel beans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 large onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook schnitzel beans until tender.
    Make a mixture of butter, Crisco and onion and put in frying pan.
    Saute until onions are transparent.
    Mix a little water and sugar in vinegar.
    Mix flour in onions and grease.
    Add liquid.
    This will thicken and turn white.
    Put over beans.
