Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation

Cook cornstarch, milk, sugar and dash of salt until it boils and thickens.
Beat 3 egg yolks.
Mix with small amount of hot mixture, then mix all together.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add margarine or butter, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Cover and cool in refrigerator, then fold in sour cream.
Pour into 1 baked 9-inch pie shell.
