Sauteed Chicken And Walnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Delicious apples, cut into wedges
1/3 c. walnut pieces
small head romaine lettuce
Preparation

Saute garlic and ginger in oil in wok or fry pan.
Add chicken.
Saute until done, drain and set aside.
