Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drain and save liquid
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. liquid (add milk to corn juice)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine egg, liquid and corn. Add to dry ingredients.
Mix just until moist.
Drop batter in deep, hot fat by tablespoonfuls.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain.
