Tangy Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 or 2 canned green chilies, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juices
2 ripe medium avocados
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
crisp lettuce
Preparation

Cut 1/2-inch thick slice from stem end of each tomato; scoop out centers and chop finely.
Sprinkle inside of tomato cups lightly with salt; turn upside down on paper towels to drain. Refrigerate.
