Weight Watcher'S Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato sauce
    4 oz. onion, diced
    1/2 medium green pepper, diced
    1 packet instant beef broth and seasoning mix
    artificial sweetener to equal 1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. cooked ground beef, crumbled
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients.
    Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add beef, 3 ounces cheese and rice; stir until cheese melts.
    Turn into an 8 x 8-inch pan treated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven; allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
    Divide evenly.
    Makes 4 servings.
