Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. raisins
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, water and pumpkin and mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Stir just enough to mix well; add raisins and nuts.
    Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
