Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
8 oz. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
8 oz. (1/2 pt.) homogenized milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
6 tsp. sugar
pinch of white pepper
Preparation

Combine the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Blend 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 1/2 tablespoons flour.
Add to mixture.
Mix well and remove from heat.
You may sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and brown in oven.
Serves 6.
