Lemon Mousse(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    3 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
    4 egg whites
    sliced strawberries (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in 3-quart saucepan.
    Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and food coloring.
