Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs.
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. peeled chopped apples
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 c. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla well with electric mixer. Stir in dry sifted ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 8 cup Bundt pan Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
