Crock-Pot Steak(Chinese Pork Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, chuck or round steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large sliced onion
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Remove fat and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
