Baked Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried large lima beans
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 lb. bacon (raw)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in cold water.
    Boil in salted water until tender; drain.
    Add brown sugar, bacon (cut into small pieces) and onion.
    Add 1/2 cup water and prepared mustard.
    Mix and put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake approximately 2 hours at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Serves 10 to 12.
