Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; mix well.
    Cut slits in chicken and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place chicken, meaty side down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and turn chicken; bake 30 minutes or until well done.
    Baste occasionally.
