Pork Chops In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lean pork chops
3 to 4 Tbsp. white cooking wine
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown the pork chops over medium heat until tender.
Remove from the pan and pour off any extra fat.
Add the wine and sour cream to the pan, then add salt and pepper.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, basting frequently.
