Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can stewed tomatoes or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
1 cabbage, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
When the beef is cooked, add tomatoes and cabbage.
Cook until the cabbage is limp. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/2 of the cabbage mixture into casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Pour in remaining cabbage mixture.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
