Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except 1 cup cheese.
Grease pan well.
Pour half mixture in pan.
Sprinkle cup of grated cheese over mixture.
Add remaining mixture and bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
