Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. sliced raw onion
1 c. sliced raw carrot
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 cans canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Partly cook sausage and drain.\tPlace in 2 quart baking dish. Cover
with
layers
of rice, potatoes, onions and carrots.
Add tomatoes
with
juice and sprinkle salt and pepper over top. Cover baking
dish\tand bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
