Baby Food Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon (I use less)
    2 small jars baby food carrots
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil together.
    Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture.
    Sift dry ingredients together, fold in alternately with carrots.
    Bake in 3 layers at 300\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
