Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can white hominy, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 (8 oz.) jar Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except dressing; mix well.
    Pour dressing over mixture and cover.
    Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips or use as salad entree.
