Orange Roughy On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    orange roughy fillets
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Heat your grill to high heat.
    Pour yourself a glass of wine. Wash the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
    Slice lemon and chop onion and pepper into bite size pieces.
    Arrange fish on a layer of tinfoil and add lemon slices, peppers and onions.
    Place a top layer of tin foil over the fish and seal shut.
    Place on hot grill for 15 minutes.
    Pour yourself another glass of wine and enjoy.
