Southwest Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish or 2 regular pie crust shells
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce, divided usage
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400\u00b0.
Partially bake pie crust for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix.
