Eggplant Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, cubed
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Using large skillet, cook eggplant, tomato, pepper and onion in butter until tender.
    Combine chili sauce and water.
    Add to the cooked vegetables.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes.
