Cheddar Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Add cheese mixture and spinach.
Mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
