Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Put egg, vinegar, mustard and salt in blender with 1/4 cup of oil.
    Cover and blend about 5 seconds.
    Without stopping blender, gradually add remaining oil.
    Put in covered container and refrigerate.
    Fresh dill weed is a nice addition.
