Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced baking apples (approximately 4 medium)
2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Place apples in greased 8-inch square pan.
Blend until crumbly, the brown sugar, sifted flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and soft butter.
Spread over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream, ice cream or hard sauce.
Serves 6 to 8.
