Sesame Seed Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 to 4 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together. Cut shortening into the flour mixture and add the sesame seeds. Add ice water and blend gently with a fork until thoroughly moistened. Roll out pastry and place in a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Great for entree or dessert pies.
