Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    enough cherries to fill each pineapple hole
    1 can sliced pineapple
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    This recipe works best if using a black iron skillet.
