Parmesan Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
Preparation

Place oven rack on next to lowest shelf.
Grease 6 deep muffin or custard cups and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; set aside.
