Sausage And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. link sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut
    one
    package
    of
    sausage
    into
    bite size chunks. Brown in skillet with onions, oil and bell peppers.
    Place in casserole dish
    with
    cream of mushroom soup, rice and water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes.
