Fritter Away Your Time (Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salmon or Jack Mackeral
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. instant grits
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and fry in canola oil (unsaturated fat).
    They can also be baked in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes to reduce fat further.
    Serve with green salad and large steak fries.
    The second ingredient is grits which makes them crunchy.
