Crissy'S Summer Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 medium cucumber, chopped and seeded
    3 spring onions, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 lemon, squeeze for juice
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Chill a large glass bowl in preparation for the gazpacho. This really does seem to make a difference.
    Combine liquids, salts and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onions to liquid.
    Garnish with spring onion slices if you like or use your own garnish idea.
