Barbecue Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry lemon powder
    2 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    2 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Rub this
    into both sides of pork chops and refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours before cooking.
    Keep balance of marinade in closed
    jar.
    This keeps indefinitely if refrigerated.
    It will do about 60 chops.
