Stir-Fry Turkey Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Green Giant mixture frozen vegetables
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. stir-fry sauce
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken breast strips
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute vegetables and onion in oil for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Combine stir-fry sauce and turkey. Add to vegetable mixture; heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
