Ingredients

2 cucumbers
2 1/2 c. laban (plain yogurt)
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried mint
salt to taste
Preparation

Crush garlic with salt and mint.
Peel and cut cucumbers into slices.
Add laban to cucumbers, garlic and dried mint mixture. Stir well and chill before serving.
