Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 pkg. corn bread mix
    2 cans onion soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain off grease.
    Add prepared vegetables (salt and pepper to taste).
    Cover with soup.
    Top with prepared corn bread mix and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes, at 350\u00b0 or until vegetables are tender.
    (I use a 4-quart casserole dish to bake this in.)
