Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 6 lb. chuck roast or 4 lb. rump roast
1/2 stalk celery
2 medium onions
1 1/2 c. catsup
4 to 7 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

In a Dutch oven or roasting pan with tight fitting cover, mix together all ingredients except meat.
Mix well.
Trim fat from meat and place meat in sauce.
Spoon sauce over meat; cover tightly and place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Roast 4 to 6 hours, depending on size of roast.
Remove meat from pan, discard any bone or fat. Shred meat with 2 forks and then return to sauce, stir.
Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
