Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 pkg. long grain or wild rice mix
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    2 onions, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bones.
    Cook rice in 2 1/2 cups chicken broth.
    Cook sausage with chopped onions. Drain.
    Mix sausage and onion mixture with soups, chicken and cooked rice.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
