Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. self-rising cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour
    in
    pie shells.
    Cook 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Cook 25 or 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
