Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
3 egg yolks
3 tsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar with 1 1/2 cups milk in saucepan; bring to boil. Mix egg yolks, cornstarch and flour together with rest of milk. Add to other milk mixture when it boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add butter and cool.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
