Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. frozen tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 clove garlic (if desired)
    Crisco
Preparation
    Boil chicken and take meat off bones.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
    Cut tortillas into fourths.
    Dip in hot Crisco oil.
    Remove fast! Blend Ro-Tel tomatoes and soups.
    Add onion and garlic.
