Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    1 Tbsp. mint, finely chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1 onion, finely diced
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 jar grape leaves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and stuff grape leaves with about 1 heaping teaspoonful of filling, depending on size of leaves. Cover with 2 cups of boiling water and simmer for about 1 hour.
