Broccoli Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 2 lb. fresh broccoli
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender in boiling unsalted water; drain thoroughly.
Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.
Blend in condensed cream of chicken soup, milk and grated Parmesan cheese.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve sauce over hot cooked broccoli.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
