Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pretzels, broken up
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. juice from fruit
2 small boxes jello (any red one)
2 small cans peaches or other fruit
Preparation

Mix jello with fruit juices; add enough water to make 1 cup juice water. Chill until set but not firm. Mix together pretzels, sugar and margarine. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Do not grease pan. Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread on pretzel mix, then add fruit. Pour jello mix over fruit. Put back in refrigerator. Best if made day before.
