Poor Man'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 large zucchini, grated
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Shape into patties and coat with flour.
Fry in skillet with Crisco oil until brown, turning once.
