White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. (4 to 5) chicken breasts (leave skin on)
1 lb. dried Great Northern white beans
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
6 c. chicken stock
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts (season to taste with bouillon, salt and pepper) in enough water to have 6 cups stock. Measure 6 cups stock; set chicken breasts aside to cool.
