Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. onion, minced
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir in flour. Mix baking powder with 2 tablespoons juice. Stir into other ingredients. Form into patties. Fry until brown.
