Zeppoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Presto cake flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls into very hot oil in deep fryer or large saucepan. Turn with a spoon until brown on all sides.
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
