Polynesian Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings or drummettes
    1/4 c. light or dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken.
    Add chicken and coat well.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Turn pieces.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Line large baking sheet with foil.
    Arrange wings on sheet.
    Bake approximately 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
    May be served hot or cold.
