Lasagna Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
    In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
