Steamed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    4 c. sliced yellow squash
    8 tsp. butter or margarine
    5 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Place the first 3 ingredients in steaming rack.
    Place rack over boiling water; cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Transfer vegetables to serving dish; add butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss gently.
    Sprinkle with chives.
